Terms of service

The terms under which you use EUAIFit. Last updated 23 August 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EUAIFit platform ("the Service"), operated by EUAIFit Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of service

The current Service includes public EU AI Act information, an indicative in-browser exposure check, contact and pilot-application facilities, and an early authenticated workspace. Invite-only readiness pilots may include guided inventory, role and exposure review, an action plan, and a readiness report as agreed in writing. Features described as planned, in development, preview, or pilot capabilities are not generally available. We may update, add, or remove early-stage features as the product develops.

3. Accounts and organisations

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Organisation and team-management features are under development. Pilot access, permitted users, and responsibilities may be set out in a separate pilot agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and billing

The public exposure check is currently free. Readiness sprints and adviser pilots are paid services whose scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and deliverables are agreed in a separate proposal or order form before work begins. The pricing page presents current pilot offers and indicative starting prices. EUAIFit does not currently offer an automated self-service subscription or in-product cancellation flow.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code • Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Use the Service to provide legal advice or replace professional legal counsel • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without our written consent • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service EUAIFit is a compliance management tool, not a law firm. The Service provides information and tools to support compliance but does not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal professionals for your specific circumstances.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"), including AI system descriptions, classification results, documents, and evidence files. You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including storing, displaying, and processing it for classification, document generation, and reporting. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not share Your Content with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. hosting providers).

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, templates, and documentation, is the property of EUAIFit Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Document templates provided through the Service are licensed to you for your internal compliance use. You may modify generated documents for your organisation's needs. You may not resell, redistribute, or licence our templates to third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that classification results will be accurate or complete. EUAIFit Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can request closure of your account or pilot workspace by emailing support@euaifit.com. We will confirm the applicable export and deletion process, subject to legal, security, and agreed pilot-retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we cease to provide the Service (with at least 60 days' notice and an opportunity to export your data).

10. Contact and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@euaifit.com. These Terms of Service were last updated on 23 August 2026.
